Link Family Applications Down [RESOLVED]

The issues affecting Link Family applications has been resolved. Please contact the ACT Helpdesk at acthelp@ucsd.edu or 858-534-1853 if you are still having any problems. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are currently experiencing issues with the ACMS Webmail service and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible

Holiday Hours

The ACMS Help Desk will be open during the following days and hours during winter break:

  • Saturday, 12/15/12 from 4pm to 7pm (phone support only)
  • Monday through Friday, 12/17/12 through 12/21/12 from 8am to 4:30pm
  • Wednesday through Friday, 1/2/13 through 1/4/13 from 8am to 4:30pm

During all unlisted days the help desk will be closed. Normal operational hours will resume on January 7th. Have a great break!

 

Flex License Server Issues [Resolved]

Licenses for Cadence, as well as the other software affected are now available. Thanks again for your patience during the outage.

The license server started experiencing problems about 1 AM. This issue is currently being looked into, and we hope to have it resolved shortly. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused – thank you for your patience.
