ACMS Help Desk walk in support hours are as follows:
- Monday, September 7th – Friday, September 11th: 9:00am – 4:30pm
- Monday, September 14th – Friday, September 18th: 9:00am – 4:30pm
- Monday, September 20th – Tuesday, Septebmer 21st: 8:30am – 4:30pm
ACMS phone support hours are as follows:
- Monday, September 7 – Friday, September 11: 9:00am – 4:30pm
- Saturday, September 12 – Sunday, September 13: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
- Monday, September 14 – Friday, September 18: 9:00am – 4:30pm
- Monday, September 20 – Tuesday, September 21: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Starting on Wednesday, September 22, the ACMS Help Desk hours will be:
- Walk in support
- Monday through Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Phone support
- Monday through Thursday: 8:30am – 7:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 3:30pm – 7:30pm

Try changing your password by using the ACMS Global Password Change Tool, found here: http://acs/students/gpasswd.shtml
When you change your password, you’ll be asked to login with your student ID and username. You will then have four different ways of changing your password. Since you do not know your current ACMS password, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and there will be an option to change your password using your Tritonlink password. If you have forgotten your Tritonlink password, use the last option to answer your security questions.
