Independence Day Support Hours

In observance of the Independence Day Holiday the ACMS Help Desk will be closed on Sunday, July 4, 2010. Regular support hours will resume on Tuesday July 6, 2010 at 8AM for phone support and 9AM for front desk support.

  1. Until support is resumed tomorrow (July 6), can someone advise me whether my inability to access e-mail through sdcc3 is a common problem. I was disconnected in the middle of a session around 7:30 in the morning and have been unable to log on since. Thank you.

  2. I have trouble accessing my UCSD e-mail account. I am using my username, and I’m certain my password is correct. However, I keep getting an error saying that it does not recognize my username/pw. Thanks

  4. We’ve uncovered an accounting problem which caused some accounts – including yours, Ron – to be suspended yesterday.
